The EasyQuit System uses a technique called
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ("CBT"). This method
does not require repeat sessions. CBT was developed
in the 1960s and its success has been widespread
in dealing with a variety of addictions. Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy is a tool that is focused in the
present and on problem-solving. It will effectively
teach you to not want to smoke again, without the
sense of loss. Do you immediately reach for a
cigarette when you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed,
sad, happy? This program is separated into short
sessions and teaches you how to change learned
behavior responses, without weight gain, mood
changes or cravings. The purpose of the divisions is
to allow each and everyone who wishes to be rid of
grips of nicotine to fully immerse him or herself
into the program and take away every possible
distraction to apply these wisdoms to each aspect of
their lives, specifically for being smoke-free. The
EasyQuit System teaches how to quit smoking
and not why. |
